  • Youths aged 14-18 with innovative business ideas are eligible to apply.

  • Absolutely! Our program is designed to cater to youths from various backgrounds. No prior business knowledge is required, just your enthusiasm and commitment to learn and succeed.

  • Please discuss your situation with your mentor to explore possible solutions or to arrange an exit that minimizes disruption for you and your fellow participants.

The Karaj

  • Joining a youth accelerator program opens the door to a wealth of learning opportunities designed to prepare them for the challenges and opportunities ahead. Here are the top three skills that adolescents can gain from such a program:

    1. Communication Skills: Effective communication is the cornerstone of success in both personal and professional spheres. Adolescents will learn how to articulate their ideas clearly, engage in active listening, and navigate through difficult conversations. This skill is vital for building relationships, networking, and presenting their ideas convincingly .
    2. Time Management: With the myriad of activities and responsibilities that come with adolescence, learning how to manage time efficiently is crucial. The program teaches participants how to prioritize tasks, set achievable goals, and allocate their time wisely to balance academics, extracurricular activities, and personal interests .
    3. Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Adolescents will be equipped with the ability to analyze situations critically, identify potential solutions, and make informed decisions.   • The program runs for 6 months, starting from the launch date. All assignments will be performed remotely. Weekly online meetings are held for coordination between the participants and the mentor. For a detailed schedule, please check the team portal.

  • Yes, regular attendance is crucial for your personal development and the integrity of the group. Exceptions may be made for valid reasons but must be communicated in advance.

  • Participants are expected to commit to the full duration of the startup creation and for a maximum duration of the program, actively engage in all activities, complete assignments on time, and respect all mentors and fellow participants.
